上地实验小学简介

    我校是北京中关村科技园核心区著名小学中关村二小的分校，被北京市教委批准为公立走读与寄宿制学校，占地15000平方米，环境优雅。共有57个宽敞明亮并配有多媒体教学系统的现代化教室；10个近70平方米的专用教室，如电子备课室、网络教室、律动教室等；有近200平方米的图书阅览室，藏书35000多册；有2个近200平方米的专用教学大厅及22个教职工办公室。
    学校的学生宿舍宽敞舒适，室内配有冷暖空调，淋浴室装有四季通用的太阳能热水器，宽敞、整洁的餐厅，再加上喷香可口营养丰富的饭菜，保证了学生生长发育的需要。学校还开通了双向闭路电视系统和校园网，每台计算机可24小时连通国际互联网。校园内有标准200米跑道的塑胶操场和完备的体育设施及各种教学、竞技器材。
    建校七年来，已发展成为一所拥有46个教学班、在校生近2000人，教职员工160多名的现代化小学。几年来，学校全体教职员工团结一心，全面实施素质教育，得到了社会各界的充分肯定。1999年，学校被评为“首都绿化美化花园式单位”；2000年被评为“北京市海淀区科技教育先进校”，2001年被评为“海淀区交通安全先进单位”，2002年，学校被授予“海淀区精神文明单位”称号，并获得了“海淀区科技教育先进校”、“海淀区特殊教育先进校”等荣誉称号，2003年，又被评为“海淀区教学管理先进校”、“北京市海淀区红十字先进集体”、“海淀区学校食堂先进单位”。2004年被评为课程改革实验基地、北京市课程改革先进单位。2005年被评为北京市“双合格”家庭教育工作先进单位以及连续获得的“海淀区小学学籍管理先进单位”、“北京市文明礼仪示范校”、“北京市家庭教育工作先进单位”、“北京市少先队星星火炬奖”、“ 北京市绿色学校”、“北京市奥林匹克教育示范校”、“ 海淀区中小学文明形象工程先进单位”、“海淀区德育管理先进校”、“海淀区精神文明先进单位”、 “海淀区国防教育及军训工作先进单位”。
    目前我校有区级学科带头人6人，骨干教师5人，中心学科带头人22人，紫禁杯优秀班主任2人，小学高级教师42人，在多年的办学中，学生和家长对学校的满意率始终在97%以上，高素质的教师队伍提升了学校发展的竞争力和实力。
    我校自建校以来即本着“以人为本，和谐发展”的办学思想和宗旨，全面贯彻党的教育方针，培养学生德、智、体、美、劳等各方面素质的全面发展，树立“人人是人才，人人都可成才”的教育质量观和人才观。在实际工作中关注每一名师生，尊重人的个性差异和个性发挥。在教育教学方面，以学生的全面素质提高为核心，做到各项工作都围绕这个核心而开展，并为其服务，在全体教师中树立并增强服务意识，建立平等、有利于师生交流和学生全面、健康成长的新型师生关系，为学生的发展创造一个宽松、和谐、民主的学习氛围，发挥学生的兴趣特长，张扬学生的个性。

    经过七年的时间，我校成为小区居民信任、爱戴，家长信赖，孩子们向往的地方，在海淀区北片学校小有名气。学生辍学率为零，没有让片区内任何一个孩子辍学流失。另外，我校还接纳安置周边外来人口子女200余人，让他们和所有孩子一样享受受教育的权利。在上级部门的关心和支持下，在学校全体教职员工的努力下，已经取得了一定的成绩。我们力争今后，在学生全面发展、个性培养和创新能力等方面走在全区的前列。不仅使上地实验小学成为教学质量高、升学率100%的学校，而且要立志把上地实验小学办成一个:艺术体育特长学校、科技创新学校等具有多种特色的个性化学校，让每一名学生都能在上地实验小学得到尊严、快乐和发展。
